ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has challenged the decision of rejection of plea against the non-bailable arrest warrant of Imran Khan in the Toshakhana case in Islamabad High Court (IHC).
Chairman PTI Imran Khan filed the petition through his lawyer.
In the petition filed in the Islamabad High Court, it has been requested to cancel the arrest warrant. Meanwhile, it has also been requested that the application be fixed for hearing today.
Yesterday, Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal rejected the plea seeking to suspend the warrants issued last month in the Toshakhana case.
On February 28, Judge Zafar Iqbal issued non-bailable arrest warrant for Imran Khan over his non-appearance in court in the Toshakhana reference.
