Last month, Kim, 42, received a restraining order against Jomoine Victor Zigler, 28, after it was claimed that he frequently visited her home, addressed her as his wife, and sent her a diamond ring.

But last week, he attempted to see her in spite of the gated community’s security, and as a result, he was caught by the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department and booked for misdemeanour violation of a protective order, according to TMZ.

Andre Persaud was subject to a five-year restraining order against Kim in December after he became persuaded that they had been speaking telepathically.

After visiting the star’s home at least three times in August, Persaud is prohibited from speaking to her and is required to keep at least 100 yards between them.

Kim says she has never met Andre and was worried about him turning violent after he allegedly claimed to be carrying a gun.

Persaud allegedly made a social media post regarding the reality star.

The further restraining order Persaud must not own or own a gun, and he must turn over any guns he may currently own to the police.
