She’s been dubbed Meghan’s doppelganger, and she’s amassed over 654,000 views and 73,000 likes on TikTok after sharing several videos demonstrating their resemblance.

However, the Bournemouth native has admitted that she is subjected to a great deal of online slander. She stated: “I’ve never been trolled in person, only online.

“The majority of the vitriol is directed at Meghan in particular, with people telling me that I shouldn’t be proud to look like her.

“People generally say nice things, with the most common being: ‘Wow, I thought this was Meghan Markle’ or ‘You look exactly like Meghan Markle, she’s beautiful.’ And it’s the same in person.”

Since she began dating Harry, the part-time waitress has been compared to Meghan. Sidney does not believe she looks like the former actress unless she straightens her hair, but she recognises that they have “similar facial features,” particularly their smiles.

Sidney took to TikTok to share photos in which she believes she resembles the Duchess. “Since almost everyone says I look like Meghan Markle, here’s some pics where I kinda see it,” the video caption read.

Users have flocked to the video sharing platform to express their outrage, with many surprised to learn it wasn’t Meghan.
