Taylor Swift singer of the Midnights used her Twitter account to express her joy and appreciation for receiving the prestigious award. Tweeted Swift: “I struggle to express how much this means to me. To be recognized as a director by The Recording Academy and my peers, who would also be acknowledging my efforts to try and reclaim my music… I am stunned,” she wrote.

The “Anti-Hero” singer proceeded by expressing gratitude to her “fans who willed this to happen.”
Swift’s video co-producer, Saul Germaine, spoke during a pre-televised section of the 2023 Grammy Awards on Sunday night. The filmmaker referred to working with her and the two performers in the short film, Sadie Sink and Dylan O’Brien, as “an enormous honour.” After 46 nominations over the course of her career, Swift has already won 12 Grammy Awards.
