Tiffany and Nike’s much-anticipated collaboration debuted on Instagram on January 31. The collaboration comprises of a pair of sneakers with Nike’s emblem painted in Tiffany blue. On the back of the shoes, there is also a silver heel tab. The blue Tiffany exhibition box also comes with a kit. Aside from shoe laces and a sterling silver shoe horn, the kit contains a product that has perplexed netizens.

Also, Tiffany’s Instagram photo showcasing the brush featured the tagline, “Don’t Forget The Tongue,” so the confusion was unavoidable.

The post elicited a number of responses on Twitter. While some people thought having a silver toothbrush was unnecessary, others thought it was a waste of money.

Many Twitter users went to the micro-blogging site to point out the ‘meaningless product’. We’ll get right to it: it’s a sterling silver brush with black bristles for cleaning the suede material used to construct the shoes. However, the item’s look led many to believe it was a toothbrush. I mean, no one is to blame. It does appear to be one.

As per the reports, the shoes and kit will cost between $250 and $475. The Tiffany x Nike Air Force 1 1837 will be available on March 7th.
