LAHORE: A court of the judicial magistrate Lahore released Senior Journalist and Bol News Anchorperson Imran Riaz Khan in a treason case.

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has detained senior Journalist and Bol News Anchorperson Imran Riaz Khan on Thursday, BOL News reported.
According to the details, the anchorman was detained at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport while he was departing for the United Arab Emirates, according to FIA officials who spoke on the record under the condition of anonymity.
The anchorperson was detained on the same day that Islamabad Police detained PTI ally, Sheikh Rashid Ahmed.
On the other hand, Imran Riaz has been a vocal opponent of the establishment and the current coalition government.
