The entry-level Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is the first to emerge from the Galaxy A series in 2023. The product is accessible in the United States as well as a few other international regions. Samsung is accustomed to producing 4G variations of low-cost handsets. A13 introduced a 4G model, and A14 is expected to do the same.
Winfuture broke the news, revealing the Galaxy A14 4G’s specifications and graphics in an article. The 4G/LTE variant bears the model number SM-A145F, according to re. The new model has a smaller design as well as new color options in Black, Green, and Silver.

The SoC behind the hood of the A14 4G is unique. Winfuture claims it’s a MediaTek Helio G80, a 4G-ready SoC with a maximum frequency of 2.0GHz and an integrated Mali G52 GPU. It should power the phone without issue, though it won’t outperform the Exynos 1330 chip in the A14 5G.
Other A14 4G stats are nearly comparable to its 5G cousin. It features a 6.6-inch PLS display with Full HD+ resolution and a standard refresh rate of 60Hz. It has a Helio G80 CPU, 4GB-6GB of RAM, and 64GB-128GB of storage. The A14 may expand storage up to 1TB by using a MicroSD card. It’s worth noting that Samsung phones are notoriously expensive, and the A14 4G is expected to be priced similarly to the Galaxy A13, its predecessor from last year.
In optics, the phone has three cells on the back mounted with 50MP primary, 5MP ultrawide, and 2MP macro sensors. The selfie shooter on A14’s notched forehead is 13MP with an F/2.0 aperture. It retains the 3.5mm audio port and brings a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
