Apple’s future augmented reality (AR) and mixed reality (MR) headsets will include health and wellness features, according to reports.

According to AppleInsider, the tech giant’s forthcoming MR headset will include well-being features such as exercise and meditation.

The iPhone maker has not yet disclosed its MR gadgets, but the first one is scheduled to be released this year.

Meanwhile, it was stated that the tech behemoth was working on software that would make it easy for customers to create their own AR applications for its future MR headset.

Apple hopes that by using the software tools, even non-programmers will be able to instruct the headset to create an AR app, which will then be accessible for download on Apple’s App Store.

Another claim earlier this month stated that the MR headset will use motors to automatically adjust lenses for ideal views.
