Athiya Shetty made her first public appearance on Saturday, days after getting married to cricketer KL Rahul.
Athiya was spotted leaving a salon in a video posted on Instagram by a paparazzi account.
The video shows her rushing to her car despite the paparazzo’s request for her to wait. Athiya thanked the photographers several times as they congratulated her.
She then bid me farewell and got into her car. The bride-to-be sported a brown and cream striped shirt, white pants, and high heels.

At her father Suniel Shetty’s farm in Khandala, Athiya and KL Rahul exchanged vows on Tuesday. Suniel thanked the photographers for their support after the wedding in a conversation with them. Suniel also disclosed that the wedding reception will take place following the IPL season.
Diana Penty, Krishna Shroff, Anshula Kapoor, and Anushka Ranjan with husband Aditya Seal were among the few friends to attend the wedding. Along with their wife Pratima Singh, cricketers Varun Aaron and Ishant Sharma attended.

Athiya shared more stunning images from her wedding ceremony on Saturday. She posted a number of photos on Instagram in which she was present with her friends and family. Athiya accessorised her outfit with chunky jewellery and wore a pink blouse with a golden saree.
The newlyweds provided a sneak peek of their haldi ceremony on Friday. Athiya captioned the photo, writing “Sukh (happiness)”. KL Rahul chose a kurta for her haldi ceremony while Athiya wore an ivory anarkali suit.
Before getting married, Athiya and KL Rahul dated for some time. They frequently post photos together on Instagram, and Athiya has also been seen accompanying the cricketer on a few Team India tours.
