North West, the daughter of Kim Kardashian, was considering her mom as she met Bianca Censori, Kanye West’s new spouse. Photographs taken of the rapper leaving with Bianca and North for dinner at Nobu in Malibu, California, were examined by body language expert Judi James. The nine-year-old displayed “loyalty” to the reality TV megastar in the photos from the meet-up, the expert told The Sun. Kanye and Bianca appeared strained as they stood side by side, and North made a dramatic face as she sat in the back of the car seat.
Judi told the publication that it looked like a tense occasion, adding that Kanye’s plans for having dinner with new wife and daughter “have thrown up some body language signals of tension here.”
Kanye, who is now known as Ye, has wide eyes and arched brows, which Judi said indicate that “he is on full alert and presumably wants it all to go as smoothly as possible.”
The expert asserted that North’s facial expressions, however, reveal a different tale. “This facial expression captured by the cameras might not do too much to reassure him if Kanye and Bianca were concerned about his daughter’s reaction to the event,” she said.
Judi cautioned, “It looks like a mask of terrible anguish, but it could not be precisely what it seems. North appears to have seen the cameras, so this might be an intentional comic face or a bad response to being photographed. As Judi noted, “It could be related to feelings of devotion to her mother and a wish to send a partly-jokey message back if she is waiting at home.” North may be concerned about her mother, Judi added.
Children who are introduced to a new stepparent may be reluctant to appear or sound too happy for fear of upsetting the other parent.
