Because of a man who called Kim Kardashian his “wife,” she has gotten a temporary restraining order against him.
In court documents, Jomonie Victor Zigler claimed that the “Kardashians” star had been the object of his unwanted attention and that he had repeatedly tried to enter her home over the previous month only to be stopped by security. He also claimed that he had posted explicit messages about her online.
Kim reportedly claimed the man had sent items to her room, including a diamond ring and hotel room keys, according to the filing, which was submitted by Kim’s attorney Shawn Holley and obtained by TMZ.
The 42-year-old woman claims the man’s activities have upset her emotionally and mentions his criminal past, which includes threats and using weapons.
The restraining order was approved by a court, and it will be in effect until a full hearing on the subject is held next month.
Kim just received another restraining order from a man who claims to believe he has been speaking with her telepathically.
After visiting the reality star’s home at least three times in August, Andre Persaud was informed that he could not speak to the founder of Skims and had to keep at least 100 yards away.
According to the website, Kim claims to have never met the man and was worried about him being aggressive after he supposedly claimed to have been armed.
Persaud allegedly made a social media post regarding the reality star.
The restraining order stipulates that Persaud must not own or own a gun and must turn over any guns he may currently own to law enforcement.
Zigler is not the first individual to send Kim, who has four children with her ex-husband Kanye West, a ring she doesn’t want.
