The engagement of Anand Ambani to Radhika Merchant on Thursday provided Bollywood celebrities with yet another excuse to dress to impress. Salman Khan, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Katrina Kaif, Gauri Khan, Aryan Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, and Khushi Kapoor were among the celebrities present.
Deepika Padukone arrived wearing a lovely red saree and a large diamond necklace. Ranveer, standing next to her, shone in black attire. Before entering the celebration, the pair posed for the camera in their customary manner. Gauri Khan posed with her son Aryan, who was wearing an all-black suit while glowing in a silver outfit. Shah Rukh Khan, her spouse, was also spotted wearing all black, but he went directly inside the venue and declined to pose for the photographers.
White clothing with amazing shoulder padding was worn by Katrina Kaif. She appeared alone for the photographers while Vicky Kaushal skipped the event. Salman Khan, who was dressed in a blue kurta pajama, had his niece Alizeh Agnihotri as his special date for the evening. In her white lehenga, she appeared lovely.

Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor, sisters, were also spotted wearing gorgeous lehengas. Ananya posed with Arjun Kapoor and Orhan Awatramani while wearing a white one.
Old Gujarati customs like Gol Dhana and Chunari Vidhi were performed as part of Anant and Radhika’s customary engagement ceremony.
The CEO of Encore Healthcare, Viren Merchant, is the father of Radhika. She is a native of Gujarat’s Kutch. She has eight years of Bharatnatyam training under Guru Bhavana Thakar of Shree Nibha Arts. After the Ambani family had a lavish Arangetram ceremony at Jio World Centre in June 2022, Radhika gained notoriety. The Tamil word “arangetram” refers to a dancer taking the stage after receiving professional instruction. After years of training, a student of Indian traditional dance and music is making their theatrical debut.
Anant Ambani, the son of Mukesh and Nita Ambani, graduated from Brown University in the United States and has subsequently worked at Reliance Industries in a variety of positions, including as a member of the boards of Jio Platforms and Reliance Retail Ventures. He presently oversees RIL’s energy division.
