The 52-year-old was struck by the car on January 1st (01.01.23) at his residence in the Reno area of Nevada, suffering traumatic chest hurt and orthopaedic injuries. He is currently undergoing treatment in a hospital.
He posted a picture of a snowy scene on his Instagram Story on Monday, January 16th, with the caption: “Missing my happy place…”
He also cautioned locals about the significant snowfall and advised them to exercise caution in hazardous circumstances.
He added: “It’s a rough ride over the pass. Be safe out there Reno / Tahoe”.
It’s said Jeremy has been “overwhelmed” by the support he’s received since the accident.
A source previously told PEOPLE: “He is overwhelmed by the showing of love and support.”
Despite this, he is aware that his orthopaedic impairments and forceful chest trauma will make his recuperation challenging.
The Hollywood star, who is best known for playing Hawkeye in the Marvel films, needed surgery as a result of the accident, and as a result, Evangeline Lilly, Hailee Steinfeld, and Chris Hemsworth have all sent him encouraging notes.
When Jeremy attempted to free a family member’s automobile from the snow close to his house, he was hurt.
The “Hurt Locker” actor was “totally crushed” by the snowplough after being hit by it, according to a 911 call made following the event.
