- Haider Hussain claims PSB is misinformed about PHF matters.
- An inquiry committee has been formed for the matter.
- It is difficult for Pakistan hockey to move forward.
Lahore: Secretary Pakistan Hockey Federation Haider Hussain (PHF) had a conference with the media on Tuesday, BOL News reported.
According to the details, Haider said that they are sorry that the World Cup is not being played and that they are to blame for this. He said that if the extra player had not been on the field in the Asia Cup, the team would have been playing in the World Cup.

He said that an inquiry committee has been formed for the matter, but now a letter has been written for the inquiry report as to why it has not been formed so far.
Husain added that it is difficult for Pakistan hockey to move forward without the support of the government as PSB is being misguided on PHF matters and the guilty should be punished.
He further added that they are also guilty of not paying the dues of head coach Siegfried Aikman. According to the agreement PSB had to pay his dues.
However, he saluted Aikman for working without compensation.
Notably, Aikman’s salary check has been made. The inter-provincial liaison minister is abroad and the check will be sent to him after signing on his return.
