Paris Hilton introduces the 2024 summer Olympics broadcast

The Paris Hilton advertisement made its premiere tonight during NBC Sports’ coverage of the Los Angeles Chargers vs. Jacksonville Jaguars NFL Wild Card game.

The first 20 seconds of the advertisement show a silhouette of Hilton leaving a lavish hotel and walking out onto a terrace as a voiceover declares, “Next summer, the eyes of the world will be on Paris,” then cuts away. Before she realises it, inspiring video of previous summer Olympics and the NBCUniversal coverage logo roll. “Oh…the other Paris,” she exclaims.

“I’m thrilled to partner with NBC to help reveal the logo for the Paris Olympics,” Hilton said. HIlton and NBC also released an outtakes reel featuring (what else) a cute, tiny dog and the French translation of Hilton’s catchphrase, “That’s hot.”

The CEO of 11:11 Media, Hilton, added in a statement: “It is been extremely great to be able to join in the countdown to get fans excited about the 2024 Games! The Olympics are so iconic, and Paris is, of course, one of my absolute favourite cities!

In the advertisement, NBCU also debuts its new Paris Olympics logo, which was designed using letterforms “based in French Art Nouveau with modern tapering and flair,” according to a release.
