Danielle Olivera criticizes the haste with which her ex-best friend Lindsay Hubbard got engaged to Carl Radke in the “Summer House” Season 7 trailer.
Olivera, 33, remarks Hubbard, 36, and Radke, 37, to co-stars Paige DeSorbo and Mya Allen, “To be engaged right now would be nuts.”
The former ride-or-dies are shown in the trailer having a number of tense exchanges with each other concerning Hubbard’s connection, which ultimately led to the breakdown of their friendship.
While sitting poolside, Hubbard strongly suggests to Olivera, “Maybe we won’t get engaged when it’s appropriate for you. You’re acting so f-king defensive. It’s irritating.
Hubbard asks Olivera why she needs her “blessing” to get engaged in another emotional exchange, leading Olivera to reiterate that what her former friend is saying is “absolutely crazy pants.”
Their argument erupts into a screaming match in front of their housemates, which leaves Olivera slumped over on the floor sobbing uncontrollably. “You beat me all summer long!” Hubbard cries out.
I never say negatively about you. I scream it in your face, dude! Olivera returns the clap. Olivera breaks down in tears while strolling and telling her friends that her rupture with Hubbard is “beyond repair” in another scene.
After Olivera remained silent after Radke and Hubbard got engaged in August 2022, viewers of the Bravo reality series started to wonder whether the once-best friends had a serious falling-out.
When Radke proposed, the two had been dating for less than a year. At their show’s BravoCon panel in October, the Bravolebrities confirmed rumors when they called the state of their friendship “unfortunate.”
Co-stars DeSorbo, 30, and Amanda Batula recently concurred on “Watch What Happens Live” that Hubbard and Olivera would not be able to “get over” their argument, suggesting that the two are still at odds.
Kyle Cooke asserts in another scene from the teaser that Radke and Hubbard’s relationship is to blame for the fact that Radke has “been doing less” in his important role at Loverboy.
Cooke frankly states over a group dinner that “Carl might leave the company right now, and the company won’t feel an f-king thing.”
DeSorbo and Craig Conover, the star of “Southern Charm,” engage in an intense discussion about their future and the “strain” of maintaining their long-distance relationship.
She tells him while wiping away tears, “You’re making it seem like if I don’t say we should be engaged in six months that you’re going to be mad at me.”
Newcomers Samantha Feher and Gabby Prescod, as well as Conover’s best friend and “Winter House” star Kory Keefer, join the typical “Summer House” suspects. Oh, and don’t worry; Andrea Denver also makes an appearance in a few scenes without a shirt on.
