Prince Harry’s book SPARE appears to be on its way to joining the other 140 books on the list after selling over 400,000 copies on its first day of availability in Britain.
The official book sales tracker Nielsen Book’s 21st Century Platinum Hall of Fame inducts novels that sell over a million copies in the UK.
Prince Harry’s book has currently sold more than 1.4 million copies in the US, Canada, and the UK in its English language edition. It has already gone through a second printing in the US after printing two million hardcovers.

Harry’s book quickly surpassed all previous records for non-fiction book sales in Britain.
Within a short period of time, it sold 400,000 copies across all formats.
