Although they have dominated Bollywood for the past three decades, SRK and Akshay Kumar have only collaborated on one movie, the 1997 smash Dil To Pagal Hai. Madhuri Dixit and Karisma Kapoor also starred in the Yash Chopra movie. Now that a rare image of Shah Rukh and Akshay playing cricket during downtime on the movie set has surfaced online, their fans are absolutely smitten.

Reddit users recently posted the outdated image. Shah Rukh is depicted as the wicketkeeper, and Akshay is holding the bat. Shah Rukh is dressed casually in a black shirt and jeans, while Akshay is wearing a white shirt and beige pants with black shoes and his old hairstyle.

Upon seeing the photo, a fan said, “Good to see SRK letting Akshay bat.” “Kabhi kabhi jeetne ke liye kuch haarna padta hai…and haar kar jeetne wale ko baazigar kehte hain,” another person continued. Currently, Shah Rukh Khan is preparing for his forthcoming movie Pathaan. He will be making his fourth consecutive appearance on the big screen. John Abraham and Deepika Padukone are also featured in the movie, which will debut in theatres on January 25. Additionally, he has scheduled the releases of Dunki for this Christmas as well as Jawan for June.

Even though Akshay had a busy 2022 with five releases, none of them were big box office successes. This year, he has five films scheduled for release. In Selfiee, he will be seen alongside Emraan Hashmi, while in OMG 2: Oh My God!, he plays Lord Shiva. Additionally, he has the Soorarai Pottru remake and a Marathi movie where he plays the role of Shivaji.
