Masala dosa ice cream:
Masala dosa is a famous South Indian dish. We’ve all seen the paper-thin dosas with varied fillings. A street vendor, on the other hand, gave the basic dosa an entirely new look by infusing it with ice cream. A vendor can be seen producing this fusion in a video published by Instagram page @thegreatindianfoodie. This ice cream was even served with coconut and tomato chutney.

Cotton candy Maggi
Maggi is a popular dish among practically all Indians. The spicy flavours of these quick noodles are well-known. Maggi, on the other hand, has recently gone through a variety of adventures, including this cotton candy one. This video, published by the Instagram feed @eatthisdelhi, shows a woman making Maggi as usual and then mixing it with cotton candy inside it. This recipe did not go down well with the public.

Butter chicken ice cream
People’s mouths water just thinking about butter chicken. However, many people were repulsed by this butter chicken ice cream. Two Instagram food bloggers, Aman and Chhavi (@foodvoodindia), released a video of a chef scooping butter chicken ice cream onto a platter. The chef tops the serving bowl with ice cream before adding green chutney.

Gulab jamun burger
This traditional Indian dessert is sure to satisfy. But have you ever tried gulab jamun in a burger? A video posted to Twitter by Tabeshq depicts the creation of this. The merchant may be seen squeezing the gulab jamuns in the bun’s centre. They also stuffed it with more sweet syrup.

Dragon fruit chai
Last but not least, this strange dragon fruit chai from Bangladesh got viral on social media this year. In the video, a child is seen pouring hot tea into cups. Then he adds more dragon fruit pulp and finally some condensed milk to finish it off. Food blogger @thegreatindianfoodie shared this video. Many folks were dissatisfied with this combo.
