Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s docuseries secrets made the royal family strong and united says Arthur Edwards, a royal photographer.
Since 1977, Edwards, 82, has photographed the royals. His family marched down the aisle at “Royal Carols: Together for Christmas” at Westminster Abbey.
Meghan mesmerized. True. He calls her a Rockstar. “I figured she’d take off after 18 hectic months, and she did.”
Harry, 38, was popular in Britain, recalls the photographer. “Unique,” he says. He wasn’t a genius. He continued afterward. Two trips in Afghanistan? Cool. We work well together.
Edwards believes Harry’s amicable connection with photographers deteriorated when he married Markle, 41.
“Meghan stopped everything,” he says. “She rejected us. We asked 3x. Uninterested. I believe she always had a plan.
Edwards “liked working” with Harry and will “miss him so much,” but he’s disappointed by “Harry & Meghan” and Harry’s planned biography, “Spare.”
He thinks it will feature some bad royal family stories.
“Not always, though. You can’t be harsh to family always. You must suspect… Why doesn’t he promote his charities? He supports amazing charities. Invictus Games and Senetable Aid help African youth locate schools and read and write.
Harry is also a patron of the WellChild organisation, which aids sick children and their carers. He’s seen how the Duke treats “ill kids.”
“I can’t feel bad for Harry,” he says. “I look for the good in people, not the negative, and he’s good. Edwards is unhappy that Harry publicised his “family fights.”
He advises “family first.” “He should’ve” Disputes are resolved inside the family. I think he’s wrong to include that to earn money.
