ISLAMABAD: Due to unannounced load shedding of gas supply domestic and commercial consumers have been facing hardships across the country.
The daily load shedding of gas has pushed the citizens to purchase expensive LPG cylinders.
According to the details, due to the decrease in gas pressure in different areas of the city, the citizens including businessmen and hoteliers are facing serious problems.
The economic hub of Pakistan, Karachi, has been severely affected by the gas cuts this winter and the industries here have been paralysed.
SSGC announced a new schedule for Sindh under which the province is experiencing severe gas load-shedding similar to Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
The schedule released for Sindh had a new load management plan, gas will be supplied to consumers in Sindh from 6-9am, 12-2pm, and 6-9pm — for a total of eight hours.
On the other hand, citizens in Peshawar are forced to use gas cylinders as an alternative and they say that the increase in the prices of gas cylinders and LPG gas has added to their problems.
