- Kate Middleton and Prince William share a scar on their heads.
- Royal biographer Katie Nicholl says they call it their ‘Harry Potter scars’.

Along with having three gorgeous children together, Kate Middleton and Prince William have been married since 2011. They also share a scar on their heads.
According to Katie Nicholl, a royal biographer, the new Prince and Princess of Wales have scars from prior traumas.
In high school, Kate had a tumour on the left side of her skull surgically removed, whereas William had a scar on his head from being struck by a golf ball.
In her book, Kate: The Future Queen, the biographer wrote: “Privately, [Kate] and William—who uncannily also bears a scar on his head from being struck by a golf club at age nine—are said to refer to their wounds as their ‘Harry Potter scars.’”
The parents of three make a great couple; yet, despite their strong love, they avoid being overtly affectionate in public, according to a body language expert.
According to expert Blanca Cobb, “William and Kate are very royal-esque.”
“And I do believe that they love each other, they’re crazy about each other. They just demonstrate it in public in a very different way. They have a different protocol for PDA, as do Harry and Meghan,” Blanca said.
