On a video from Phoebe Bridgers “Chicken Shop Date” YouTube series, the 28-year-old said to Amelia Dimoldenberg, “You just have to do it.” And it will eventually come to an end, so my advice is to not try to control it.
The singer responded, “I suppose if I had found it out, I wouldn’t be doing songs still,” when asked what experiencing heartbreak has “taught” her.The “Motion Sickness” singer didn’t specifically mention her 26-year-old beau, but she was all smiles about his popular Hulu series ‘Normal People’: “Do you think it’s overrated?” When Dimoldenberg inquired, Bridgers laughed and replied, “No, I think it is very correctly rated,” with a smile.
When Bridgers and Mescal were sighted on a romantic getaway together in August 2020, their relationship officially began. Over a year later, in November 2021, at the LACMA Art+Film Gala, they made their red carpet debut.
The artist has been spending a lot of time with comedian Bo Burnham, including at a screening of his movie “Kate” in New York City last week. As a result, many fans believe the couple has broken up.

The 1975’s Matty Healy uploaded a photo of him kissing the singer while Burnham stood behind them with his eyes closed, sparking rumours of a new coupling earlier this month.
Although Mescal and Bridgers have not publicly addressed their relationship status, their admirers have flocked to Twitter to voice their opinions.
With a screenshot of Bridgers being questioned about Mescal’s show, a fan remarked on Twitter, “They can’t be breaking up, look at Phoebe’s face when she talks (indirectly) about Paul lol,”
Another fan commented, “Phoebe Bridgers and Paul Mescal splitting up is like the Titanic sinking for folks with mental health difficulties.”
