KARACHI: Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah has inaugurated the first Rescue 1122 Sindh Emergency Service equipped with an ambulance service, fire service, urban search, rescue service, and water rescue service.
Chief Minister Sindh said that Rescue 1122 Sindh Emergency Service has been established under the Sindh Resilience Project of the World Bank while state-of-Art post medical health facility has been started in four districts of Karachi and Larkana.
He said that the Rescue 1122 service is available in Karachi, Larkana, Thatta, Sujawal, Qamber Shahdadkot, and Hyderabad. The service will also start in Badin from tomorrow.
He said that the first batch of 107 cadets has been assigned rescue work by giving special training and the training of a new batch of 315 is underway. 15 policemen will also be included in this rescue system.
Murad Ali Shah said that the emergency services will be further improved under which the location of the caller will be reached as soon as the call is made.
Regarding the government coalition, he said that the Sindh government is working with the allies, but there may be individual objections, and the media should not waste their time on this issue.

On the issue of de-notifying the Chief Minister Punjab, he said that the matter should not go to court because the Governor has the authority to call the Assembly.
