Angela Deem is told by producers that her husband, Michael Ilesanmi, is back on Instagram — after a full season of fights stemming from her suspicions that he was using social media to cheat on her.
In the clip, host Shaun Robinson brings up the subject: “Angela I’m not sure if you’re aware of this, but Michael has recently returned to Instagram.”
Angela, 56, reacts angrily right away. “No, you’re f—-ing not,” she yells at Michael, 34, who was present virtually at the reunion.
Michael, on the other hand, maintains his innocence. “It’s not me,” he says, denying the existence of a second social media account. “It’s a forgery.”
Angela found out on Sunday night’s episode that Michael had been cheating on her with a Nigerian woman he met online. “They’ve been talking the entire time we’ve been fighting,” she explained to a producer.
Angela revealed that she received proof of Michael’s text conversations with the 31-year-old woman from a friend. “Michael has continued to talk to this girl not only since I was in Nigeria, but since I’ve returned,” a tearful Angela added.
She then played a voice message that Michael had sent to the woman. “I’m attempting to call you right now. You’re not listening. I’ve been trying to figure things out. OK? Please put your trust in me “He added kissing sounds later. “I also have some money coming your way. Okay, I’ll let you know. Please call me back. I adore you and miss you.”
“That’s how he’d address me. My heart was broken by him. He completely broke my heart “Angela stated. “He completely broke my heart. This was not my fault.”
Angela became concerned about Michael’s social media presence, which led to the shocking revelation of his infidelity. Her reason for her surprise trip to Nigeria included a search of Michael’s phone and a demand that he delete his Instagram account. Michael finally deleted the page to appease his wife after many episodes of arguing over the social media account, which he claimed was for him to start an influencer career.
Angela’s strong feelings about Micahel’s online activities are well known. The four-part Happily Ever After? exposé will most likely reveal whether Michael and Angela are still together — and whether his new Instagram has any bearing on their future.
