Meghan Markle is bold.

In the newest teaser for volume two of Harry & Meghan, which releases Thursday on Netflix, pal Lucy Fraser and attorney Jenny Afia argue that Buckingham Palace exploited the Duchess of Sussex, 41, to stop unflattering stories about other royal family members reaching headlines.

“There was a genuine fight against Meghan, and I’ve seen proof of negative reporting from the palace against Harry and Meghan to fit other people’s objectives,” Afia says in the footage. Duke and Duchess of Sussex hired Schillings for their 2019 lawsuit against the Mail on Sunday, Lawyer Monthly revealed.

Fraser said in the teaser, “Meg was a palace scapegoat. So they fed her tales, genuine or not, to avoid printing less flattering ones.”

“You’d simply watch everything play out,” Meghan remarked. A family member’s narrative would show up, and they’d say, “We have get rid of that.”

“There’s real estate on internet homepages and newspaper front covers. And put in someone royal “She persevered as harsh U.K. press headlines about her rolled as a senior working royal.

“These terrible pieces about her relationship with her father were the last straw in a campaign of harsh, ugly media,” Afia said as the video turned to black.

Meghan and Prince Harry, 38, previously said their second docuseries will cover their connection with the royal family. In a clip published Monday, Prince Harry complained about press intrusion as a working royal. Prince Harry said he and Meghan were treated differently than Prince William.

“They were eager to lie to protect my brother,” Harry added, calling the incident “institutional gaslighting.” “They never told the truth to protect us,” he said.

Meghan also addressed the effect the choice to step back had on their personal life, including the U.K. government’s decision to withdraw their 24-hour police protection since they no longer had taxpayer-funded security. “Security was cut. Everyone knew our whereabouts “says

“I wasn’t fed to wolves. The wolves were feeding me “she said. Volume 1 of Harry & Meghan is currently on Netflix. Vol. 2 comes Thursday.
