Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori on Wednesday called on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Pakistan Peoples Party Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zaradri in Islamabad and discussed the country’s political situation and the province’s development projects and public welfare steps and rehabilitation of flood-affected people.
The Muttahida Quami Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) convener Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and former Karachi mayor Waseem Akhtar were also present on the occasion.
The Sindh governor said that the federation has an important role in the development of the province.

Tessori said that all stakeholders are being consulted for the progress of the province.
Prime Minister Shehbaz on the occasion said that Sindh governor was consulting with every stakeholder for the uplift of the province.
Earlier, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori, Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and Waseem Akhtar also met Asif Ali Zardari.
They discussed better relationship with the Sindh government, making Karachi again the city of lights and other development projects of the province.
Zardari also appreciated the steps of the Sindh governor for making efforts for the province.
