The “Stud of the Sea” announced his departure on Monday’s show, citing health difficulties.

Rosbach had nerve troubles when he boarded St. David at the start of charter season, but he believed they would decrease. Instead, he confessed: “My wound worsens. My left side is numb.”

“I anticipated a lot more growth than I’m seeing, and that’s upsetting because I can’t do anything about it,” he said.

Later, he told chef Rachel Hargrove, “This has been a humbling experience.”
