Emma Roberts has become embroiled in an American love story. The pair dined at Caviar Kaspia in Los Angeles on December 7 for a Christmas dinner honoring Saks Fifth Avenue, and the American Horror Story alum appeared utterly smitten with the In the Dark actor. Emma chose a black cocktail dress with matching tights and shoes for their evening out, while her plus-one wore a light blue checkered suit with a white shirt and a grey tie.
The couple was seated next to one other in the French restaurant, despite the fact that they did not pose for red carpet pictures together at the glamorous event. Cody smiled when he caught Emma at one point in the evening whispering something in his ear.
“About Last Night: Nothing beats drinks and dinner under the stars,” she wrote on Instagram Dec. 8, “especially when it’s at Caviar Kaspia.”
The blog post featured images of Emma socializing with the attendees, which included Ava Phillippe. The daughter of Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe was seated across from Emma and Cody at the meal, as can be seen in one photo of a table setting.
Three months have passed since Emma and Cody made their relationship Instagram official. Cody wrote “sweet sweet” in the caption of a black-and-white shot he shared on Instagram on August 25 of himself and the Holidate start kissing.
While a source close to the actress told E! News in October that Emma “loves Cody’s personality,” the couple was “taking it easy” with Rhodes, her 23-month-old son with ex-husband Garrett Hedlund, in mind. The insider at the time said, “Emma is hesitant about exposing her son to new people, but knows the day will come soon.”
