SUKKUR: PM Shehbaz Sharif will arrive in Sukkur on Tuesday on a one-day visit to lay foundation stone of the Hyderabad-Sukkur motorway, Bol News reported.
The ceremony of laying foundation stone of the motorway would be held at Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Sukkur.
Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah would welcome the prime minister at Sukkur airport. The PM would be accompanied by the National Highway Authority (NHA) officials and federal ministers.

On June 16, PM Shehbaz Sharif had directed to start 306km-long Sukkur-Hyderabad Motorway (M-6) project soon.
The prime minister was chairing a review meeting on the progress of ongoing construction projects of National Highway Authority in Islamabad.
The meeting was attended by Federal Ministers Ahsan Iqbal, Asad Mahmood, Advisor to the Prime Minister Ahad Cheema, Chairman NHA and concerned senior officials.
PM Shehbaz Sharif was apprised of the details regarding the Sukkur-Hyderabad Motorway project and informed that the works was stalled due to slowness of the previous government.
The meeting was informed that M-6 Sukkur-Hyderabad Motorway is an important section of Karachi-Peshawar Motorway, The 306-km long six lane motorway will pass through six districts with 15 interchanges.
