An avid solver of puzzles from Malaysia set a new Guinness World Record by putting together a Mr Potato Head toy in under 5.43 seconds.
Lim Kai Yi of Butterworth broke the record for the quickest amount of time it takes to put together a Mr Potato Head toy. In order to compete for the record, applicants had to begin with a toy that was completely disassembled and then attach the feet, arms, face, and hat to the plastic potato.
He finished the task in a record of 5.43 seconds, which was faster than the previous Guinness World Record of 5.69 seconds, which had been achieved by a British teen named Matilda Walden in December of 2021.
In the past, Yi has broken a number of records, including the record for the fastest time to solve a 4×5 Klotski puzzle and the record for the fastest time to complete a Soma cube while blindfolded.
