KARACHI: Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) chief Mustafa Kamal on Saturday rebuffed the rumours of a merger of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and his party.

He was talking to media when said that there has been no truth in the merger of PSP with MQM.

Mustafa Kamal while commenting over the appointment of Dr Saif ur Rehman as Administrator metropolitan city said that it has been too early to praise the selection.

He also said that the opposition and the incumbent government must ignore their hostilities and should work collectively for the country.

“The political forces in Karachi are so powerful that the government of Pakistan is indebted to them,” he added.
Commenting on the issues of Karachi city, he said that instead of working on short term gains long term solutions must be sought and the party of Karachi must work on it.
