‘Night at the Museum: Kahmunrah Rises Again‘, the Disney’s animated feature Kahmunrah is back and ready to raise his army of the dead.
The fan-favorite live-action franchise is getting a fun animated twist in the upcoming film, with Nick taking his father Larry’s place as the night guard of the Museum of Natural History. Disney released a new clip from the animated feature to tease all the fun.
In the video, we see Kahmunrah shortly after waking up (again) and hilariously mistaking Nick for his father.
However, it is revealed that the King of Kings awoke because Nick “chicked out” and did not lock the basement as instructed.
The clip introduces Kahmunrah, who is now eager to raise his army of the dead using the tablet he now possesses. The film appears to be enjoyable and entertaining, and it is certain to please both old and new fans.
In Kahmunrah Rises Again, Nick Daley works as a night watchman at the American Museum of Natural History, so he knows what happens when the sun goes down.
When the maniacal ruler Kahmunrah escapes, it is up to Nick to save the museum for good. Joshua Bassett as Nick Daley, Thomas Lennon as Teddy, Joseph Kamal as Kahmunrah, Steve Zahn as Jedediah, Jack Whitehall as Octavius, Kieran Sequoia as Sacagawea, Alice Isaaz as Joan of Arc, Zachary Levi as Larry, Gillian Jacobs as Erica, and Jamie Demetriou as Dr. McPhee are among the fantastic voice cast.
Shawn Levy’s production company 21 Laps is behind the film, which is directed by Matt Danner. It is based in part on Milan Trenc’s famous children’s book, which has been adapted for the screen by Ray DeLaurentis and William Schifrin.
Levy directed the live-action series, which starred Ben Stiller and was produced by 21st Century Fox prior to its merger with Disney.
