Bollywood iconic face Akshay Kumar was recently criticized for the statement he has given when he was in the show defending an anti-Pakistani film audience and fans from Pakistan smashed the actor in the comment section.
The Bollywood film business is one of the most successful in the world. Pakistanis have grown up admiring Bollywood movies, and their stars are always adored there. All of them, from the three Khans to Akshay Kumar, have always received a great deal of love from Pakistani fans, but since Modi’s government came to power in India, the country’s entire landscape and mentality have changed.
Bollywood’s ban culture has prompted many actors to choose Hindutva and nationalist scripts so that their films can function as propaganda films, such as The Kashmir Files, which is the most successful film in India. Last year, Akshay Kumar also starred in the nationalist film Bell Bottom.
At the Re Sea International Film Festival, where a Pakistani fan was present, Akshay Kumar was a guest. He praised Akshay’s socially conscious films but questioned why he signed on for an anti-Pakistan film.
