Simu Liu has officially announced his new relationship on Instagram.
The 33-year-old actor from Shang-Chi shared a cute photo of himself and girlfriend Allison Hsu at the Violent Night premiere in Los Angeles on social media on Friday.
In the picture, Liu is seen grinning and holding Hsu close while donning a festive sweater with martini glass and Yin-Yang patterns. He finished the ensemble with a pair of white jeans.
Hsu, in contrast, was dressed in a green holiday sweater with a picture of a snowy landscape. She wore it with a grey skirt and tall black boots.
Liu joked in his description, “pictured: two asians in front of santa’s crotch,” because the pair was depicted at the conclusion of the movie’s enormous Santa Claus poster.

When Hsu shared a cuddly photo with Liu at a Blackpink concert in late November, she already made their relationship on Instagram official.
The couple was seen cuddling up to one another in the picture, with Liu wrapping his arm over her as they both beamed for the camera, as Hsu captioned it with a smiling face.

Liu had earlier this year been connected to the actress Jade Bender.
Following sightings of the couple out on a date and hanging out behind the scenes during a Jimmy Kimmel Live taping in June, they made their red carpet debut at the 2022 ESPYs in July. The pair strolled the red carpet together and posed for pictures arm in arm at the ESPYs.
They would later appear together at Comic-Con and the August premiere of Bullet Train, where they were photographed taking goofy pictures of one another.
According to SFGate.com, Liu revealed he was once again single in September at the tech conference Dreamforce in San Francisco. During a question-and-answer session at the conference on an Instagram post he published about mental health, he also hinted at a probable breakup with Bender.
