- Vivo has launched the new Y02 with 8mp camera.
- It supports several mid-tier specs.
- It offers an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels with a 20: 9 aspect ratio.
The brand-new Y02, the sibling of the Vivo Y02s and the replacement for the Y01, was finally launched. The newcomer supports several mid-tier specs and is design-focused. It appears that Y02 could be a contender for the chain’s Pakistani portfolio. The new Vivo model was originally welcomed in Indonesia.
Orchid Blue and Cosmic Grey color schemes are displayed in live photos of the phone that have already started to circulate online. The 6.51-inch IPS LCD on the face of the Vivo Y02 has a notch that blends into the display and offers an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels with a 20: 9 aspect ratio. The phone’s chassis has a contemporary, high-end look, but the screen that is put on it is pretty ordinary.
Optics-wise, the Y02 has a single camera setup with an uninspiring 8MP shooter on the back. The raised silo has a metallic rim that gives it an upscale appearance. Its fuselage features a glossy accent on that circular protruding disc and a frosty matte appearance throughout. For taking selfies, there is a 5MP camera on the front.
The upcoming 4G Vivo smartphone’s processor is yet unknown, but based on leaked details from earlier sources, it seems to be the underpowered Helio P22. Users will find 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM at the helm of Y02 in alignment with that subpar SoC.
With a 5,000mAh battery that can handle 10W charging, it will boot into an Android 12 Go Lite environment. The device plugs in utilizing a MicroUSB pin rather than a type-C connection.
The New Vivo Y-model features a two SIM setup + SD card slot, 4G Voice LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a 3.5mm headphone socket in addition to these necessities. A biometric reader is absent.
