Solution

The answer to the first math-logic puzzle is 13.

(i) I added all of the triangles shown in the image.

(ii) There is only one big triangle.

(iii) There are FOUR triangles in the big triangle.

(iv) Each pair of triangles that forms a diamond shape when joined is divided into FOUR smaller triangles.

We will use the formula: 1 + 4 + (2 x 4) = 13.

The answer to the second math-logic puzzle is A.

(i) Notice that every arrow in each row and column points to the corner.

(ii) All of the arrows go in a certain order.

(iii) All of the arrows in each row and column move counterclockwise.

So, the missing arrow in the place of the question will be option A.
