Afnanullah Khan, who is on the Senate Finance Committee, recently talked to the media. He said that a group from Google will visit Pakistan on December 11.
The big search engine wants to start doing business in Pakistan and also give away more than 15,000 scholarships. Google asked to start doing business in Pakistan in May, and all of the paperwork was approved by SECP last week. After December 11, we expect to hear more about this from Google.

Also, the IT Minister, Syed Aminul Haq, said that talks with people from TikTok were over. In the next few weeks, the company will open an office in Islamabad. Facebook will also open an office in Pakistan, but this is old news since the plan has been in the works for a while.
