Kim Kardashian’s fashion sense and makeovers are well known. But this time, her daughter North West made her look like the Grinch.
The video was first posted on North West’s and her mother’s shared TikTok account on November 21. In the eight-second clip, the child dresses up her mother as the Grinch. In the clip, the reality TV star is sitting in her dressing room while the child starts to paint her face. The well-known song “You’re a mean one, Mr. Grinch,” is in the video.
The nine-year-old starts by putting and blending concealer on Kim’s face. The Grinch’s skin tone is then made with different shades of green. After using tape to make the perfect winged eyeliner, North West adds more green eyeshadow to finish off the look. Last, she draws on the Grinch’s frown lines with dark green eyeliner. Kim is seen posing for the camera in a green shirt with embroidery when the makeover is done.

In an interview with WWD in 2017, Kim said that her daughter was interested in making YouTube videos about unboxing and beauty tips. North West was only 4 years old at the time.
“You know, the other day, it was so funny,” Kim said. “My daughter watches so many YouTube tutorials and videos, and she was unboxing the My Little Pony ColourPop collection, and I thought to myself, ‘I wish I was recording this,’ because her reaction was so funny,” she said.
“And then she did makeup on the My Little Pony that they gave, and she said, ‘Mom, I want to do a YouTube video,” the founder of SKIMS told the local media.
