King Charles III may give low-income workers £600
King Charles III is rumoured to want to give a bonus to the staff, even if he has to pay for it out of his own pocket. This would help those with lower salaries deal with the rising cost of living.
A few sources told The Sun that the new king or queen could give up to £600 to the staff this month on top of what they already get paid.
As winter approaches, people who make less money might find it hard to pay their rising energy bills and mortgages.
The new king or queen is said to have talked to Martin Lewis of MoneySavingExpert over the summer to learn more about how these bills affect people’s finances.

Reports say that the Palace’s plan will only help people who make less than £30,000 a year, while those who make more will get one-time payments ranging from £200 to £400 based on how much they make.
Also, people who make between £30,000 and £40,000 will get an extra £400.
