The actress recently admitted to Allure that she “was trying to get pregnant,” adding that it had been “a tough path for me.”

“All the years and years and years of speculation… It was really hard,” Aniston noted. “I was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it. I was throwing everything at it. I would have given anything if someone had said to me, ‘Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor.’ You just don’t think it.”

The Friends actress also blasted the inaccurate claims that, following her divorce from Brad Pitt in 2005, she put her career ahead of her children. Aniston referred to the “narrative that I was just selfish… I just cared about my job” as “total bullshit.”

And God forbid a successful lady has no children, she said. And I refused to have a child for my husband, which is why we split up and ended our marriage.
