KARACHI: Judicial Magistrate South on Saturday ordered the release of all arrested doctors, nurses, and paramedics.
The police presented the arrested doctors and paramedical staff in the city court in Karachi. The arrested protesters were presented to the court for remand by the police.
The court ordered the release of all the arrested doctors and other medical staff.
On behalf of the protesters, lawyer Nawaz Dahri said that the court released all the arrested doctors and other staff under Section 63.
On the other hand, the protest of the Grand Health Alliance continued on the 28th day, the protestors vowed that they will continue to protest outside the Karachi Press Club until the acceptance of demands.
Earlier, many health workers were injured due to the use of lathi charge and water cannon in the demonstration yesterday, however, more than 200 health workers were detained.
A four-member committee consisting of Information Minister Sharjeel Memon, Local Government Minister Syed Nasir Shah, Secretary Health, and Secretary Finance has also been formed by the Sindh government, but after the failure of negotiations yesterday, the protesters blocked the entrance of the Sindh Secretariat.

It should be noted that the demands of the Grand Health Alliance include restoration of risk allowance, and promotion of doctors, paramedics, and nurses among other demands.
