Over the years, the actor’s ‘Ask SRK’ sessions on Twitter have generated a lot of such gems. They might only be brief, but the SRK brand of wisdom doesn’t require much more time to become apparent. He held a “Ask SRK” segment for roughly 30 minutes today, during which he offered the most SRK-related counsel to a grieving fan.

It’s no secret that SRK’s supporters identify strongly with him on a personal level. He feels like a close family member, a fan said, and SRK was touched by their generosity. Another admirer elevated the sense of family by sharing a really terrible story. One Aasif Khan tweeted @ SRK, “Socha tha gf ke sath Pathaan dekhunga lekin uski shadi kisi aur se ho jayegi.” SRK’s reply? “So sorry man. But akele mein bhi film acchi hi lagegi… don’t worry.” That is… comforting?

After the announcement of Pathaan, he provided another piece of advice that was right on brand during an Ask SRK session. The majority of his admirers were excited by his return and questioned him about Pathaan and why he was “late” “with its release and the release dates of his other films. However, one conversation with a fan stood out from the others since it involved a casual counsel request to the Bollywood icon. Shah Rukh responded to the fan in his trademark dry humour. “Sir Padhai kaise karu acche se mann nahi lagta,” the supporter tweeted at him. He replied, “Dimaag try kar shaayad work karega… Mann pyaar ke liye rakh“. That is definitely sound counsel that only the King of Romance could give.
