After dancing with friends and celebrities in leaked film, the 36-year-old defended herself.

Ms. Marin’s behavior harmed Finland’s “reputation and security,” according to dozens of complaints.

Chancellor of Justice Tuomas Poysti found Ms Marin had not ignored her prime ministerial duties.

“No grounds to suspect the prime minister of unlawful conduct in the discharge of her duties or of negligence of her official obligations,” he stated following an official inquiry.

After the video suggested narcotics, Ms. Marin took a drug test “to clear up any suspicions”. Negative.

The prime minister said the video was shot on “private premises” and that she spent “an evening with friends”.

She said: “Human. I sometimes want joy, light, and fun amid these sombre clouds.”

Many ladies supported Ms Marin after the incident. Finnish ladies posted solidarity dance videos on social media.

After Hillary Clinton advised her to “keep dancing,” Marin publicly thanked her.

At 34, she became the world’s youngest prime minister.

Left-wing Ms. Marin supports Finland’s welfare system.

The Covid epidemic and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine marked her first years as premier. She supervised Finland’s Nato application when public support increased in response to Russia’s activities.

She will attend COP27 in Egypt next week.
