The German Minister of Defense, Christine Lambrecht, said that Germany will soon ship the first of four IRIS-T SLM air defense systems to Ukraine, These systems will come from Germany.

“Attacks carried out by Russia using missiles and drones are particularly terrifying for civilians. Because of this, we are currently assisting, particularly by providing armaments to defend against aerial attacks.”
