A Scottish athlete achieved a Guinness World Record by lifting a 150-pound barbell over his head while riding a unicycle. This feat allowed him to combine two of his interests and gain him the title of the world record holder.

Josh Auld, who is 34 years old and hails from Edinburgh, stated that he was informed by Guinness World Records that he is now the official record-holder in the category of largest single weight lifted by barbell overhead press while riding a unicycle. Auld did this feat while riding a unicycle.

Auld, who is a professional unicyclist as well as a coach for the sports television series Ninja Warrior, has stated that he used his spare time during the COVID-19 pandemic training himself how to combine his passions of unicycling with weight lifting.

The athlete stated that it took him approximately six weeks of practice before he was finally able to break the record successfully.
