Miles Teller will be serving as host. On October 1st, the long-running comedic sketch show will debut its 48th season.
This weekend, Saturday Night Live will make a comeback on television.
The 35-year-old star from Top Gun: Maverick will perform alongside Kendrick Lamar. “It’s really exciting. You’re working with the absolute best of the best, so you feel well taken care of, but it is, it’s a lot. It’s a whirlwind.”
When meeting Prince William and Kate Middleton at the Top Gun: Maverick premiere in London in May, Teller breached royal protocol, causing headlines.
On Wednesday’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, he admitted, “Right off the bat, I messed up.”
The actor also mentioned that “rules of dos and don’ts” were given to him so he “wouldn’t [expletive] up” when meeting the new Prince and Princess of Wales.
He said that protocol was forgotten at the lavish occasion since he was fascinated by Kate and William.
