ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) has filed a petition in the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) for the formation of a judicial commission to probe audio leaks.
The transcript of the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf-related audio leaks of the Prime Minister and federal ministers has been submitted to the Supreme Court.
It was submitted that Prime Minister and Federal Ministers along with the national assembly speaker hatched a criminal conspiracy related to PTI resignations. The party stated that prime minister and federal ministers have violated their oaths.
It was submitted that an inquiry commission should be formed to investigate the audio leak related to PTI resignations. The commission of inquiry should investigate the Prime Minister and federal ministers Rana Sanaullah, Azam Nazir Tarar, Khawaja Asif, and the speaker national assembly.

The SCP pleaded to initiate criminal proceedings against all parties/persons involved in the conspiracy.
