The filmmaker admitted that he and Saima got married soon after the 1998 release of the film ‘Chodiyan’, but they came close in 2007 almost a decade later. He said that when the news of their marriage came out, Saima’s family including his family got angry and everyone claimed that their marriage would end in a few months.
