Queen Elizabeth II, who ruled the United Kingdom for 70 years and was the country’s longest-reigning monarch, passed away on September 8 at the age of 96. She passed away at Balmoral Castle, her Scottish vacation home, where members of the royal family had hurried to her aid when her health started to deteriorate, according to the palace. After ten days of formal mourning, the Queen’s funeral will be held, and her 73-year-old son Prince Charles will be known as King Charles III.

Leanne Bethell, a British mother, reportedly took pictures of this incredible creation on A4169 near Telford, Shropshire, according to a story by the Independent.

Leanne claimed that Lacey, her daughter, was the first to see the structure. Her kid kept saying, “Oh my God,” as she struggled to believe what she was seeing.  “We were driving home not long after the announcement and my 11-year-old daughter was screaming and shouting,” as we were driving home, the British man recalled,“ She then pointed at the sky and said mum, it’s the Queen – so I had to pull over and take some pictures,” the woman continued.

Not only that, but more strange occurrences followed the Queen’s passing. Following the royal family’s announcement that the queen had passed away on Thursday afternoon, a double rainbow was also spotted over Buckingham Palace.

Journalist Jennifer Valentyne tweeted, “A double rainbow today over Buckingham Palace. They say a double rainbow symbolizes a transformation in life and when it appears after someone passes it is a gateway to heaven. Rest In Peace.”
